Standard Glass Laminated Solar panel

A solar panel is a device consisting of a set of photovoltaic cells that convert solar energy into electrical one. Tempered or float laminated glass with transparent or another EVA film is used to protect photocells from external damage and to improve efficiency of the solar panel. Such glass provides high transparency, protection from dust, moisture and physical actions.

The photocells are placed between sheets of EVA film with glass. The vacuum system of lamination furnace removes air between the layers of film, glass and solar cells to achieve total vacuum for lamination process which is carried out at 110-150°C temperature.
